    • all tenants who have payment information stored in their tenant portal to notify them of the new service, additional enhancements and the need to re-enter their recurring payments.

Due to this change, and to ensure that your payments continue to process successfully, if you wish to pay your rent electronically, you must log into your payment portal (via computer only) and perform the following actions:

(THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOU IF YOU ARE USING OUR PMI GOLDFEATHER Regions Bank - ACH DRAFT.) 

THIS ONLY PERTAINS TO THOSE WHO WISH TO PAY THROUGH THEIR ON LINE TENANT PORTAL.

IF THIS IS YOU, PLEASE SEE THE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS:

1. Complete all new required fields linked to your payment account: birth date, account nickname and an email address so RPPS can send a payment authorization confirmation.

2. If applicable, it will be necessary to recreate your recurring payment information since all recurring payments with the prior payment processor have terminated. Please note that ACH, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are all acceptable forms of payment. (NOTE: THERE IS A CONVENIENCE FEE FOR ON LINE PORTAL PAYMENTS  AND A CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE PAID TO THE PROCESSING COMPANY. Please check the Fee RPPS charges associated with your method of payment prior to submitting payments.) [Our Convenient Regions Bank ACH DRAFT is Free to our Tenants. We pay monthly and per transaction for the ACH Draft service to be an available option for you.]

3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions when making your next payment.

As of December 1st 2017:

In an Effort to increase tenant options when paying rent or other payments,

PMI GOLDfeather has partnered with RealPage Payment Services LLC (RPPS) a 3rd party electronic payment-processing provider.

There are now additional features available when making a payment.

Now you can:

  • Access your payment information easily with the new "My Payments" tab;
  • Enter multiple payment accounts; and
  • Schedule a one-time payment for a future date.
  • * New!  You can NOW pay with Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.
  • (* Please Note: There is a credit card FEE charged by the processing company for this service.)  

Nothing Changes for you or your method of rent payment - if you are currently on our Preferred Payment Option via Our  Hunley Homes  INC. or PMI GOLDfeather  (Regions Bank Treasury Account ACH draft.)

Below are a few FAQs about the new system:

  • How does this change affect you as a tenant? 
    • Existing on line portal paying tenants must complete a few new fields including an email address so RPPS can send a payment receipt.
    • Since RPPS will be processing the tenant's payment, they must also agree to the new ResidentDirect Terms and Conditions in order to make a payment.
    • If tenants have a recurring payment set up now, they will need to set up a new recurring payment using ResidentDirect on the portal before the payment can be processed. All transaction information will still be validated, as it currently is, and successfully completed transactions will continue to post to the tenant ledger in real-time.
    • NEW! Tenants can use multiple payment accounts and can now schedule a one-time payment for a future date.
  • Who will tenants need to contact if they have a payment question?
    • Our PMI Goldfeather staff will continue to manage questions relating to ledger balances and charges; however, all questions (from tenants) concerning processing through ResidentDirect will be handled by RPPS's dedicated email and phone support team.
